Summer arrives with high temperatures and decreases our performance when exercising. A very good option is the Aquagym (Gymnastics in water) Most of the estates has a pool in which to develop the activity. They are generally groups of 15-18 people who transfer their gym class half noble and refreshing.
Water gymnastics in the maintenance may be a variant aerobic, conducted in pools where it is standing, the water should not exceed the height of the waist to the beat of the music performed by various movements.
Lower body weight: A body half immersed in water weighs 75% less (fleet), allowing to make moves, spins, jumps, etc.. with great ease, less fatigue and many of them impossible to be performed in a dry environment.
Reduces the risk of injury: The water has 10 times more resistance than outside it and the movements become less violent and progressive avoiding the risk of injury.
