A user of our forum has contacted us to see if we could help you with your problem. It is suffering from twisting and swelling in the intestinal tract and want to know what plants or herbs can help soothe their pains. We have selected some that may be helpful.

A user of our forum there told us he needed some herbs or plants to ease the pain in his bowels (with hichazon and twisting) that are affecting lately. This is how we make the following way home as a possible solution.

While not they plants or herbs, essential oils of lavender, cinnamon, or rosemary (which they were) might work well for intestinal problems. In fact, it can consume a few drops in water for two days to see any such result.

Historically, chamomile is a great ally for all types of intestinal problems, especially those referred to our users, as it is very good for inflammation in that area. Drinking tea can often be an interesting alternative, in addition to being a tea tasty and palatable.
